BDS Technology Limited provides specialist inspection, maintenance & repair services to authorities and organisations responsible for the management of bridges and other marine based structures.
We operate above and below the waterline, offering our expertise in conducting principle, general and ad-hoc inspections, underwater diver and confined spaces inspections, as well as robotic & ROV surveys. We offer a full suite of marine oriented maintenance, repair and construction services, including structural brickwork, stonework & concrete repair, scour protection & bed stabilisation, temporary damming, specialist underwater concreting, timber-work repair, structural underpinning, sheet piling and bank stabilisation.

Founded in 1999, through the merging of British Diving Services Ltd. and the marine oriented structural engineering consultancy, Field & Co., BDS Technology Ltd. boasts over 20 years’ worth of experience within the diving, inspection and marine construction industry.
Throughout that time, BDS Technology Ltd. (BDS) has focused on the business of inspection and repair or marine structures such as river-crossing bridges, culverts, sea walls, jetties, piers and dock areas, as well as becoming expert within the areas of river & sea bed stabilisation, bank stabilisation & consolidation, as well as scour protection, prevention and repair.
Our customers include local authorities, port authorities, canal trusts, private companies, and, over recent years, residential customers who have water frontage. All of our customers have a requirement for inspection, repair or construction services, either at or around the water’s edge, on or under bridges & culverts, or within confined spaces near, or in, the water.
